Cherry Surprise Gift Cookies

My mom loves chocolate covered cherries. I thought... Mmm cherries with white chocolate should be delicious! So, this delicious recipe came from my desire to please my mom with a cherry surprise gift! :)

Cherry Surprise "Gift" Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
White Chocolate Royal Glace
Cherries

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs one by one, add vanilla. Mix in flour and powdered milk with wooden spoon.

Cool batter a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Drain and dry cherries with a paper towel. Wrap one cherry with batter and form a cube. Chill for a couple hours or overnight.

Bake 375F degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Once they cool down cover them with melted white chocolate.

Decorate them with royal glace.

Mmm enjoy!
