Wonton Surprise Cookies

This is the easiest christmas cookie on the planet to make.

First of all, you don't actually 'make' anything.

You assemble and fry them!

Buy wonton squares at the store.

Pick your favorite mini candy bars while you are there.

I use Dove (any kind), Snickers, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups and Hershey's Kisses (any kind).

If you have a deep fryer with a large basket you can make a lot of these at a time.

If not fill Canola oil to 1 inch in a large heavy bottomed frying pan.

Heat oil to 350 and cook about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes turning once to brown on both sides.

Remove to paper towels and dust with confectioners sugar.

Yummy!
